Hello Ming Lee,
You will only need a MUET cert when you are going on to complete your degree in a university. Therefore, you will have the choice on whether you want to take your MUET certification now or after your diploma. The MUET cert expires after 5 years, so you will have no worries as diploma only takes 3 years to complete, and you still have 2 years left on your MUET to apply for degree programmes.
Hope this helps :)

Hello Nia,
There are 2 ways to be a Chartered Certified Accountant under the ACCA. One is to start with the CAT right after SPM and then go on to ACCA which will take a total of 3 years excluding the additional years of working experience in order to become an ACCA member. The other route is to take a pre-university qualification and finish with an accounting degree before taking on the ACCA exams which will take approximately 5 years excluding the additional years as well.
As you have already completed your Diploma in Accounting, it is best that you stick to the route of finishing up your Degree in Accounting before going on to ACCA. This is because once you have a degree in Accounting, you will be able to exempt yourself from up to 9 papers at the ACCA Fundamentals Level out of the total 14 papers. Besides that, a degree in Accounting will also equip you with broader skills outside the field of accounting, such as Economics and Investments. A pure ACCA candidate will miss out on these knowledge and skills.
We hope that this clarifies your dilemma and worries. We wish you all the best!

Hello Ottmar,
Yes, it is possible for a diploma student to go on to a medical degree. However, eligibility for a medical degree depends on the type of diploma you have. Only science stream diplomas or equivalent are eligible for it, as long as you've satisfied the entry requirements of the particular university.
For example, Aimst University requires you to have a Diploma in Health Sciences with a CGPA of at least 3.5 and above, at least 2Bs in Biology and/or Physics and/or Chemistry, and 3 credits each in English, Maths, or Additional Mathematics and another subject at SPM level or equivalent. If you have satisfied these 2 requirements as well as any additional requirements that the university has, you are then eligible to enroll in Aimst University for their MBBS program.

Hello Sharmittha,
Judging whether a course is worthy or not depends on a variety of factors, such as job demand, job salary, work-life balance, and many other reasons. It will have to depend on your own personal preferences to deem if the Diploma in Medical Imaging is a worthy course. However, we can assure you that the job demand and salary for graduates from this course is set to grow in the future as medical technology improves.
As for whether you can cope with this course or not, the requirements for a Diploma in Medical Imaging in UNISEL is a minimum of 5 credits in SPM for the following subjects: Mathematics 1 Science subject (Biology/Physics/Chemistry/General Sciences/Applied Science) Any 3 other subjects Pass Bahasa Malaysia & English
*Take note that these requirements are only for UNISEL. Different institutions may have different entry requirements.*
If you satisfy these requirements, you are eligible to enroll for this course. However, success is not ensured as it would have to depend on your own interest, effort, and determination.

Hello Nur Hidayah,
Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply for IPG as one of their main requirements is that the applicant must be below 20 years old by 30th June 2018.
However, as you already have a degree and wish to teach, you can either choose to apply for the DPLI (Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah ) course, or Teach for Malaysia. DPLI is a teaching diploma for people who already have a degree prior to this, and you will only be able to teach in secondary schools after that. If you really want to teach in a primary school, then Teach for Malaysia is the better choice for you as the programme gives you the choice of either teaching in a SK or SMK.
Here are some links for you to read up on DPLI or Teach for Malaysia: https://afterschool.my/bm/berita/permohonan-ke-program-diploma-pendidikan-lepasan-ijazah-dpli-um-2018-kini-dibuka- (DPLI) https://afterschool.my/articles/what-is-the-teach-for-malaysia-fellowship-programme (Teach for Malaysia)
