Hi Athirah,
You should apply with your Diploma qualification because with that, you can enter degree straight away. If you use SPM results, you will need to repeat a pre-university course again. You can apply for UPU now but do note that you will receive a notification that you've failed because you haven't gotten your Diploma results yet. Once you do get it, you can upload it during the appeal phase and they will reconsider you.
