As Economics is related to Business, and Business is related to Accounting, the subjects of Math and Accounting are inevitable in a Business Degree. Therefore, you will have to learn Maths and Accounting in the Diploma in Finance.

STPM was once recognised as one of the hardest pre-university examinations in the whole world. Therefore, it is generally recognised by most universities internationally, so you should have no problem furthering your studies in Indonesia.
However, everything boils down to your results in your STPM. If you have good results, you should be eligible for most courses. As for which university and which course you can take, it will depend on your own interests as well as the type of university you prefer (main campus/satellite campus, urban/rural, cost of living, environment, etc.)
Finally, to apply for your studies in Indonesia, the most straightforward way will be to apply directly on the university's official website. But, if you would prefer dealing with a Malaysian counterpart to overlook your pathway to study in Indonesia, you can also go through agencies that help you with that. However, please ensure that these agencies are legitimate before deciding to use their services.

Different universities and organisations have different requirements on providing full scholarships to students. There is also the general requirement for you to maintain a certain CGPA in the programme that you are enrolled in (e.g. 3.75) in order to maintain that scholarship for the whole programme. Therefore, you will have to look for the specific requirements of each scholarship provided by the university or organisation.

For now, there are few universities in Malaysia that offer part-time engineering courses. One of them that do is UTMSpace, which focuses on mostly part-time courses due to high demands of working adults who want to further their studies.
