ABOUT GADJAH MADA UNIVERSITY (UGM)

Gadjah Mada University (UGM) situated in Yogyakarta (Central Java), known to be one of the best universities in Indonesia. This university has more than 20 years of experience in handling foreign students from all over the world including American, Dutch, Austrian, British, German, Swedish, Australian, Malaysian, Canadian and many more.

UGM, which has taken on a new status as a state-owned legal entity since December 26, 2000, is one of the oldest and largest university in Indonesia. It was founded in December 9,1949 and currently has 18 faculties, 73 undergraduate study programs, 28 diploma study programs and a Graduate Program of 62 study programs with around 55,000 students, 605 foreign students, 2,301 employees and 2,266 lecturers.

The programme develops practical and clinical capabilities in maintaining and restoring health through the prevention and treatment of illness.

Dentistry is a challenging and rewarding profession that is responsible for the oral health of individuals and the wider community.

Pharmacy

Pharmacy degree emphasises on the correct and rational use of medicines and related products and teaches how drugs are developed and how medications affect the human body.

Veterinary

Veterinary covers the anatomy, physiology, reproduction, pathology and pharmacology modules. and gives exposure to areas such as the science of animal diseases, veterinary public health and clinical site.
