Hi Azrinah,

The fees for a Degree programme in Accounting and Finance may differ according to the University offering it. However, the total fees may range around RM 51,000 to RM63,000 for the entirety of the programme.

If you're interested, Raffles University Iskandar and University College of Technology Sarawak (UCTS) both offer a degree in Accounting. You may fill in the bar on the right if you are keen on enrolling, and one of our counselors will get in touch with you.:)

Hope this helps!

Hi Izyan,

If you would like to change courses, you must first apply to change courses through a Variation application (or better known as Rayuan). Once you receive a confirmed offer of study for the specific course you wish to change to, then you may proceed.

If you are applying to move to another institution, you will need a confirmed offer of study in that specific institution first. But before you can apply, your original education provider will have to cancel the current Pass you have. Do note that for local institutions, you are only allowed to change course or institution twice. For a detailed step-by-step process, click here.

Hope this helps!

Hi Dharmavathi,

You may check for top German universities by subject here. If your son would like to apply for a university in Germany, I would suggest for your son to take a German pre-university qualification. That way, it would simultaneously prepare him for university life in Germany and make it easier for him to apply for the universities there.

If you're interested, INTEC offers A levels German which prepares students for university in Germany. Just fill in the bar on the right if you're keen on applying, and one of our counselors will get in touch with you.

Hope this helps!

Hi Dharmavathi. We aren't a college. Instead, we provide up-to-date information on everything to do with higher education, helping guide students onto the right path. To answer your question:

1) Astrophysics is usually offered as a postgraduate degree. There are 2 universities in Germany that offer the course, both the Master's level. One is the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, and the other is the Bonn-Cologne Graduate School of Physics and Astronomy

2) Your son's pathway would be to complete A-Levels first, taking up science subjects, and then focusing on a degree in science. Please do take note of the requirements of either of the German universities now itself, so you won't be caught off-guard by any specific requirements such as subjects taken, research papers published and more. Preparation is key!

Hi Yao,

To become a speech therapist, you will need a degree in Speech Sciences. You don't have to go to foreign soil to pursue this course, as UKM offers a degree in Speech Sciences. USM is the only other institute that offers a similar degree, which is a Bachelor of Health Science (Speech Pathology). After obtaining one of these degrees, added with some clinical training, you may become a Speech-Language Pathologist/Therapist (SLP).

Alternatively, you may pursue a different degree, perhaps in psychology/biomedical sciences/science as you had intended, and then obtain a Masters of Speech Language Pathology to practice as an SLP. However, these clinical Masters program are not available in Malaysia.

As for pathway, the fastest track to getting into a Speech Sciences degree programme would be to take Foundation in Science. You would need a decent CGPA too, ranging from 2.75 to 3.00 depending on the institution.

If you're interested, IUMW, AIMST, and MAHSA all offer Foundation in Science. If you are keen on applying, just fill in the bar on the right and one of our counselors will get in touch with you.

Hope this helps!

Hi Akbarali,

Course fees for an MBBS programme may differ depending on the university, but generally for a local student they may range between RM349,000 to RM380,000 for the entire 5 year programme. This is without accommodation fees, as some universities provide accommodation, while others don't.

It is important to research the university you are interested in applying to as preclinical training is different for a lot of the institutions. Some have two and a half year twinning programme overseas and some do their entire clinical training in Malaysia.

If you're interested, MAHSA and AIMST both offer MBBS. Just fill in the bar on the right if you're interested and one of our counselors will get in touch with you.

Hope this helps!

Hi Abdul Haziq,

There are several pathways that may lead you to pursuing a degree in Forensic Science. You may take a diploma in any relevant discipline, A levels, or even Foundation in Science. But the fastest pathway to taking the degree would no doubt be Foundation in Science.

It is important that you get at least 5 credits inclusive of Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics / Additional Mathematics in SPM, to be eligible for a degree in Forensic Science. But make sure to note that entry requirements may differ depending on the institution. Also, on top of that, you would need a decent grade in Foundation in Science/A levels/any relevant Diploma.

If you're interested, MAHSA University and AIMST University both offer Foundation in Science. If you are keen on applying, just fill in the bar on the right and one of our counselors will get in touch with you.

Hope this helps!

Hi Shazal,

SPM/O-level Addmaths is an important subject for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science because its elements are incorporated into the syllabus, hence why you need a decent grade in SPM/O-level Addmaths to be eligible for the course. That being said, depending on the institution, you would need a minimum of 2 Principal Passes in A levels AND a C in SPM/O-level Addmaths to be able to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Some institutions require BBB, including mathematics and excluding general studies for A levels. I would suggest you to research what university you are aiming to apply to and then do your best to meet its entry requirements. Read more about universities that offer computer science courses here.

Hope this helps!
