It honestly depends on the type of job career you're aiming for and how much you're willing to spend after your bachelor's degree.

Thank you so much, I'm still in need of clarification on what course should i be taking as i do not want my studies (master) to go unnoticed and with no value. In that case, you have said that furthering studies in masters is better than taking up skills certificates for better employment opportunity and salary rise. It is recommended that you continue your studies and receive a masters in engineering rather than just completing at a bachelor's degree. There are more job options, higher employment rate and higher salary fees for individuals who have a masters in engineering. So, it will be worth it if you continue your studies to a masters degree or even a PhD in engineering. 

The MBA in engineering is a very beneficial option as it will give you the business management skills. Many engineering companies today require such skills as it allows the employees to lead teams and get projects done on time and within budget. The Certificate in Legal Practice is actually seen as a fourth and final year of study in your degree. Once obtained you can pursue your career as a lawyer by first, finishing your Bar Exam and then registering for a qualified license after you successfully passed the exam. So clarification, the degree in Law in usually taken before your Certificate in Legal Practice. You now take a Bar Exam and register for a qualified license.

If you are interested in a TESL Degree, please check with the universities you wish to apply to if they have the desired course. Usually if you have a diploma, they will check the scores you got rather than the title of it. The hospitality/tourism management faculty is around 50,000 to 90,000 RM for your whole bachelor degree depending on the institution you study at. It will be a bit more expensive for international student compared to the locals. It all depends on you, your family and the course you choose to take. Usually, students choose to go abroad during their masters or PhD but that depends if you plan on continuing your studies till that level. If not, you can also choose to go abroad for your degree.
