Hi Jasmin,
If you check the entry requirements for a degree in TESL at UiTM, you only need to obtain a diploma in any field at UiTM with a minimum CGPA of 2.5. In fact, you can apply for most of the degree programmes at UiTM as long as you meet the requirements. Since you did not mention your results here, we suggest you to check the website for the entry requirements for each course so you know which ones you're eligible for. Then narrow down to a few that you are interested.

This depends on the university you intend to apply in because their fees vary accordingly. Generally, a diploma in business could range between RM15,000 to RM30,000. Peninsula College, SEGi, IUKL and INTEC are some institutions that offer this programme. Certain universities also offer a Foundation in Business or Commerce that will take only 1 year to complete, such as AIMST and Curtin.
