The Tourism Management programme with a specialism in Hospitality is specifically designed to provide a solid understanding of travel, tourism, and hospitality business for sustainable development of the service industry.This three years undergraduate programme will provide a clear appreciation of tourism management and hospitality with operational and practical skills, related attractions, functions and destinations. This programme is also a Dual degree programme offered in partnership with De Montfort University (DMU) and is recognised by International Management Institute (IMI) from Switzerland.
STPM
2 Passes in STPM with a minimum Grade C (GP 2.0).
A-Level
2 Passes in A-Level.
UEC
5 Grade B’s in UEC.
Matriculation/ Foundation
Passed Foundation programme (minimum CGPA of 2.0).
Diploma
• Successful completion of the APU/APIIT Diploma or • Successful completion of studies in another recognised institute with academic credits equivalent to Level 1 of an Honours Degree (Subject to the approval of the APU/APIIT Academic Board)
English Requirements
• IELTS : 5.0 • TOEFL IBT : 40 • Pearson (PTE) : 47 • MUET : Band 3.5
