Hello Mawaddah,
If you are interested in a TESL Degree, please check with the universities you wish to apply to if they have the desired course. Usually if you have a diploma, they will check the scores you got rather than the title of it. If you are interested in studying in Germany, please refer to Studying in Germany. They have a list of German universities and will show you how to apply to the universities there (ex. the procedures for applications and things you must do before moving there).
Also, depending on the university, the German language proficiency test may be required. Do check based on the universities requirements. If they do require one, refer to German Exams in Malaysia. Remember that sitting for the proficiency test, you need to take a language course for at least three months. If you start learning German from scratch it takes way longer than this. So please keep that in mind before applying for universities there.
Hope that everything is helpful for you and good luck!

Usually, if you have a certificate in Information Technology, it is advisable if you continue with a diploma within that field and there are various universities in Malaysia (both public and private) that provide the course. However, if you choose to pursue a diploma in business-related courses with your certificate, you must check which business diplomas and universities that allow that.
Please refer to the course page on our website: go to the course page and click 'browse by category' (accounting and business). There you will find business courses available. Please cross-check whether your certificate in IT is applicable to these courses.
Hope this advice is helpful, good luck!
