Hi Ishtiaqul. There is a February intake for UM'S engineering degree course. However, this is for semester 2. You can view the link here:

For now, there are few universities in Malaysia that offer part-time engineering courses. One of them that do is UTMSpace, which focuses on mostly part-time courses due to high demands of working adults who want to further their studies.
The approximate fees for a Mechanical Engineering diploma is RM21,450, but it is best to contact UTMSpace directly to determine the fees as there will be extra costs for international students. You can look at the detailed fee breakdown here:https://www4.utmspace.edu.my/study-duration-and-fees/
