COURSE OVERVIEW

There is a huge demand for people qualified in Information Technology. This programme covers a wide range of subject areas such as computing, networking, programming, data communication, database management, multimedia system design and e-business.

It aims to develop graduates as programmers, software developers, system analysts, database administrators, network administrators and web designers in the IT and research-based industries. Our computer lab is equipped with a wide range of hardware and software to enhance the learning experience and make Information Technology is easily accessible to every student.

A pass in SPM* with a minimum of 3 credits including Mathematics; ORA pass in UEC with minimum Grade B in 3 subjects including Mathematics; ORA pass in O-Level with minimum Grade C in 3 subjects including Mathematics; ORA pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field
and
a pass in SPM* with a minimum of 1 credit in Mathematics; ORA pass in Kolej Komuniti Certificate equivalent to MQF Level 3 in related field
and
A pass in SPM* with a minimum of 1 credit in Mathematics in SPM, ORA pass in any other qualifications equivalent to Certificate (Level 3 MQF)
and
a credit in Mathematics in SPM* OR

Note : Candidates who do not have credit in Mathematics in SPM can be accepted in the program if the certificate program contains Mathematics subject which is equivalent to Mathematics subject in SPMA pass in STPM or its equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in 1 subject
and
A credit in Mathematics in SPM* ORSTAM (maqbul rank)
and
A credit in Mathematics in SPM* ORAny other recognized equivalent qualification
SPM* means pass SPM with at least a pass in Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah
