This course provides the knowledge and skills in designing, implementing and also managing issues on cyber security. Through learning about cyber threats, network security, software issues and computer forensics, students will have the ability to meet the demands of the job market for professional in the field of computer security. In addition, courses such as Information Security Management, Issues of Incident Response and Control, and also knowledge in Cyber Law come with this program. Besides that, the students are also offered with practical in the related field of computer science and programming. Graduates from this program will have the opportunities to be a Cyber Security Expert, Computer Crime Investigator, Forensic Computer Detective, Technicians and Technical Support Specialist.
•Pass in STPM or equivalent by getting at least one ( 1 ) full pass in any subject and a credit in Mathematics in SPM; or •Pass in SPM or equivalent with at least 3 credits including Mathematics; or •Pass in recognized Computer Certificate •Pass in Technical/Vocational Certificate which is related recognized and equivalent with 1-year working experience or 1 semester of transition program; or Any other qualification which is equivalent and recognized by the Malaysian Government
