COURSE OVERVIEW

The Diploma in Culinary Arts has been designed especially to enable students to explore an internationally diverse range of cuisines. The academic structure mostly entails a hands-on type of learning, enabling students to develop their potential as a qualified chef.?At the same time, the program is designed to equip students with a solid theoretical knowledge focusing both on the operational and managerial aspect.?The Diploma in Culinary Arts is approved by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

SPM

3 credits in any subject (Pass in Bahasa Melayu & Sejarah)

STPM

Pass with minimum CGPA 2.0 / Grade C in 2 subjects

A-Levels

2 principal passes

UEC

Pass with 5B's

Foundation / Diploma

Pass with minimum of GPA 2.0
