COURSE OVERVIEW

The Diploma in Pasty Arts is a program tailored to compliment the culinary industry.?It contains both skill ad academic elements structured to equip students in the arts of pastry production by exposing students to a vast range of local and international pastry products, training them from the practical aspects to a level where students will be competent in producing world class pastry products themselves.?The Diploma in Pastry Arts is approved by the Miistry of Higher Education Malaysia and by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)

SPM

3 credits in any subject (Pass in Bahasa Malayu & Sejarah)

STPM

Pass with a minimum CGPA 2.0 / Grade C in 2 subjects

A-levels

2 principal passess

UEC

Pass with 5B's

Foundation / Diploma 

Pass with minimum of GPA 2.0
