Hello Angeline,
The entry requirements for a Bachelor Degree in Optometry would be a minimum CGPA of 2.50 for STPM and A-Levels. For information on the course, do have a look at Studying Optometry in Malaysia. The webpage has information on the course duration, average fees, the different branches, an educational pathway, and a list of institutions where you can study the desired course.
