Hi Khausalya,
Currently, Open University Malaysia (OUM) offers both part-time diploma and degree courses in Early Childhood Education. To view a list of their courses, you can click here.
Besides that, you can also view a full list of institutions in Malaysia that offer early childhood education by clicking here.
Hope this helps, and good luck!

Hello En Lan,
First of all, may we know which level of study do you want to do Early Childhood Education in?
If you want to do part-time for either diploma or bachelors, UNITAR offers these courses for both full-time and part-time. However, please do take-note that part-time courses are only offered based on class sizes, so please refer to UNITAR directly to confirm the availability of classes and the class frequencies.
Hope this helps :)

Hello Shelbie,
Yes, you can apply to UPSI with a diploma in Early Childhood Education from a private institution as the UPU website shows that this particular course allows for IPTS applicants. You can double confirm it here by clicking this link and choosing UPSI for the "Universiti Awam" category, and Diploma IPTS for the "Kategori" and "Aliran" categories. The courses shown will be courses that allow for IPTS diploma applicants. https://online.mohe.gov.my/upu/epanduan/syarat/vMenuSyarat.php?jenprog=stpm
Hope this helps, and we wish you all the best :)
