According to respondents in a study by the Labour Department, they needed a mentor or coach to guide them on ways to find a job.Meanwhile, there are those who feel a bachelor’s degree is not enough, hence 5,378 (12%) are still waiting for opportunities to further their studies.After years of studying, nearly 5% or 2,035 feel that they needed a good break while more than 3% or 1,596 had to forego job seeking to attend to some family business.Nearly 3% (1,307) feel that the jobs offered were not suitable or didn&#39;t meet their expectations.
