A Pre Degree Course or PUC is the first choice of all those candidates who are looking out to enter into a degree course after school education.  The PUC degrees are specially very useful for all those candidates who are opting for a 10 year school and move on to the degree courses after their 2 years of PUC completed from any junior college.</p><h3 class="common-heading">Opportunities for Career Growth after PUC</h3><p class="common-text">Those who successfully apply for the PUC after their 10 years of schooling are ready to apply for several streams of degree courses through the government organized common entrance test. <p>After graduating with the Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London (LL.B), you will be required to complete a professional law exam, known as the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP), to become a qualified advocate and solicitor. The Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) is a prerequisite qualifying examination for admission to the Malaysian Bar. If you have obtained the minimum requirements in your LL.B results, you may proceed to read for the CLP course. The exams are conducted by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board, and it is regulated by the Legal Profession Act 1976.</p>

Students from the School of Business &amp; Management will be graduating with the Bachelor in Business Administration from IUKL, Diploma in Management, Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Business Adminisration and Certificate in Business Studies.</p><p>Presenting the scrolls to the law graduands this year will be the Pro Vice Chancellor (International), University of London Dr. Mary Stiasny and to the business graduands will be President and Vice Chancellor of Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) Prof. Idris b. Zakaria.. In attendance as well will be the Dean of the Undergraduate Laws programme, University of London, Mr. Simon Askey, various members of the Malaysian judiciary and legal fraternity will also be present.</p><p>The graduating class this year has outdone themselves especially on the University of London Bachelor of Laws programme. 2 students graduated with 1<sup>st</sup> Class (Hons) and 64 ATC students graduated with a 2<sup>nd</sup> Class Upper (Hons) degree across ATC&rsquo;s 3 campuses. <p>The final rounds of the LAWASIA International Moot Competition 2019 were held in Hong Kong. Study Business at Advance Tertiary College (ATC)

<p>LAWASIA is an international organisation of lawyers&rsquo; associations, individual lawyers, judges, legal academics, and others that focus on the interests and concerns of the legal profession in the Asia Pacific region. LAWASIA is also the host of a moot competition which tests students from not only Malaysia but all around Asia, in the area of arbitration. In each round, the participating teams will be divided into either the claimant or the defendant who will be judged by a panel of 3 arbitrators (judges, lawyers or legal academics).</p><p><img class="fr-fic fr-dib" style="width: 600px;" src="https://img.afterschool.my/storage/uploads/images/getadvice/77163/385362835facebook_1569839298555.jpg" alt="LAWASIA Meet 2019" /></p><p>This year, the team from ATC comprising of Jason Chong Wai Zhe, Kim Sung and Jessica Marshall emerged as the 1<sup>st</sup> Runner Up in the competition and will be representing Malaysia in the upcoming International Rounds which are being held in Hong Kong later in November 2019. The second team representing ATC comprising of Danial Arif B. Heron Khalid Goh, Jaclyn Kee Yee Pei and Farid B. Yusof won the Spirit of LAWASIA Award.
