10 things employers look for in a graduate's resume

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) release results of their survey that asks 260 employers the top attributes they look for on a candidate's resume. Here's what they found out: 

The survey also discovered that employers are particular with the applicant's academic major, CGPA (3.0 or above), and involvement in extracurricular activities (sports, clubs, etc.).
