The top 10 hardest jobs to fill globally in 2014

The war for talent is far from over. According to Talent Shortage Survey by Manpower Group, 36 per cent of global employers are finding it difficult to find candidates with the right skills to fill open positions.

Survey respondents cited the top three factors contributing to this lack of talent globally, and these are: Rapid technological development, shifting demographics and mismatches between talent supply and demand.

The survey polled 37,000 employers in 42 countries worldwide to look at the extent to which they are having difficulty finding the right talent. The survey also identified which jobs are the most difficult to fill.
