Teach for Malaysia Opens 2018 Intake Now

Teach For Malaysia has once again opened their intakes this year. If you do not yet know what this programme is about, Teach for Malaysia is a specialised platform for graduates who hold a degree in a non-education discipline to pursue a teaching career. So those of you who did not get accepted to Institut Pendidikan Guru or managed to secure a Bachelor in Education before this, here’s a second chance for you to teach secondary school pupils. Candidates must fulfill the entry requirements below to apply:

• Be a Malaysian citizen
• Be aged 32 years or younger
• Possess a minimum grade of credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any non-education discipline
• Not possess an Education Qualification to teach in public schools
• Have a strong academic track record (Minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper or equivalent)
• Have strong written and verbal English communication skills
