RM17,000 for Yayasan KLK 2020 Scholars

Rejoice, students!

KLK, Malaysian’s multi-national plantation company, is offering scholarships to high achieving students through the Yayasan KLK 2020 Scholarship.

The scholarship is offering between RM10,000 to RM17,000 to students from both public and private institutions respectively, so long as it is a Malaysian institution of private learning. Students from the following fields of study are highly encouraged to apply:

• Agriculture Science, Forestry, Environmental or related disciplines
• Sciences (Chemistry, Biotechnology)
• Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation)
• Accountancy
• Information Technology
• Real Estate Management
• Horticulture and Landscape

This scholarship is open to degree students with a Malaysian citizenship, good academic results (STPM, A-Levels or equivalent – minimum 2As/Foundation – minimum CGPA of 3.5), a good command of written and spoken English, and active participation in extracurricular activities. Students must NOT be bonded or hold any other scholarships or receiving assistance from any organisation.

Students currently enrolled in various public and private universities are warmly welcomed to apply, including those from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP).

UTP is currently opening its application for their September intake. UTP currently offers Engineering, Science, Technology & Business based programmes for foundation and undergraduate students.

UTP students can also apply for Maybank’s Education Financing plan.
