Penang State Education Loan

The Penang State Education loan was established in 1970 and aims to provide loans to Malaysian students who are interested to pursue higher education. Loan covers the following courses: certificate, diploma, distance learning (diploma & degree), diploma, degree, masters and PhD. The interest rate is 1% (per year) for 5 years. Deadline is 31 July 2014.
