Seven hundred and eight (708) errant loan defaulters will be blacklisted by The Johor Education Foundation (YPJ) starting January next year for failing to repay their education loans despite numerous requests.
The group of borrowers stopped their loan repayment since 20014, involving a balance of loans amounting to RM3.2 million. "It is hoped the action will get their attention to repay their loans," said Johor Education, Information, Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Committee Chairman Md Jais Sarday.
Johor Education Foundation is an organization established by the Corporation Johor State Government.
