How long should I wait for results to come out?

It takes 30-40 working days to process your application. You can start checking for the status of your application after nearly 2 months from the closing date. For instance, the closing date is28th February that status of your application can be checked from 24th April. Announcements are made at http://esilav2.jpa.gov.my/

Repayment of JPA loan

Students who received JPA loans are required to repay the loan after graduation. Payment can be made by instalment and this loan is zero interest.

Loan repayment can be done through:

• Online payment via Maybank website (http://www.maybank2u.com.my)
• Online direct debit payment from saving or current account (Hong Leong, RHB, CIMB, Al-Rajhi, Affin) via http://www.posonline.com.my
• Bank draft/money order/cheque - payment must be made to Director General of JPA.
• Salary Deduction
• Payment over post office counters
• Cash payment can be made at Kaunter Bayaran Balik dan Gantirugi, Bahagian Pembangunan Modal Isnan in Putrajaya or Kaunter Bayaran Balik Pinjaman Dan Gantirugi, Maju Junction Mall in Kuala Lumpur.
