PTPTN approved RM 32.62 billion loans to students from inception

PTPTN has approved RM 32.62 billion loan to students from the time it was started. Out of this, 70% were Malay students, 18% Chinese students, 5% Indians students and 7% other races. In terms of breakdown by state, Johor has the largest recipients followed by Perak, Kelantan, KL, Selangor, Kedah, Pahang, Sabah,Penang, Sarawak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Perlis, Terengganu, Labuan and Putrajaya.
