PTPTN advises borrowers in flooded areas to reschedule their loan payments

National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers who have been affected by the recent floods are advised to contact their nearest PTPTN branches to reschedule their loan payments.

According to PTPTN chairman Datuk Shamsul Anuar Nasarah (see insert), flood victims are allowed to reschedule their  loan payments to help alleviate their current burdens. "PTPTN is giving consideration to the flood victims to settle their loan," he said.

Furthermore, PTPTN borrowers who have lost their documents (membership cards, loan agreement letter, and other related documents) to the flood are advised to get in touch with any PTPTN branch office.
