The Ministry of Education (MOE) has released an official statement today regarding the student living allowance for students at Institut Pendidikan Guru, which is as follows :
For IPG students Program Persediaan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan (PPISMP) in the new June 2017 intake
For existing IPG students (intake BEFORE June 2017)
For NEW students in the June 2-17 intake that will continue their studies to the level of Program Ijazah Sarjana Muda (PISMP)
The IPGM has held discussions with PTPTN to list down IPGM as one of the agencies that will receive PTPTN, which will allow IPG students to continue their studies at the PISMP level from June 2018 onwards WHILE receiving the the convenience of loans for living costs.
