Can I apply for a scholarship using SPM trial results?

Instant noodle can be really delicious!

Although there still may be scholarship providers that accept trial results, they are getting more and more rare by the minute. These are usually private companies/organisations such as Maybank, Sime Darby, etc.

However, these companies will keep your applications for reference and still wait for your actual SPM results before they finally offer you the scholarship.

We do know that there are no public universities that offer scholarships based on SPM trial results. Usually, they will give merit-based scholarships for full-time degree students who have shown excellence in their performance (i.e. Dean’s Lister).

Scholarships for SPM leavers are aplenty from January to April, which require your true SPM results.
