To join the programme, you must:

• Be a fresh graduate who hasn't worked for more than three years
• Have a degree with First- or Second-class Honours or a Master's degree in any discipline
• Have received academic awards of excellence
• Have proven leadership qualities and a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities
• Be able to speak and write in English very well
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working in fast-paced environments
