<ul><li>University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) will be doubling it&#39;s capacity to 12,000 students at the Sungai Long campus.</li><li>The expansion was to accomodate new medical degree programmes that were introduced recently.</li><li>The project was expected to cost between RM80 - 90 million, however no date for construction has been provided.</li></ul>
