UC San Diego to boost Perdana University Gradual School's research efforts

University of California, San Diego (UC San Diego), a top medical school in the United States, has been chosen by Perdana University Graduate School of Medicine (PUGSOM) to further develop their research efforts and curriculum.

In this collaboration, UC San Diego will share their expertise and knowledge in joint research programmes. Through this 10-year partnership, PUGSOM hopes that it will achieve its goal of becoming a world-class medical research and academic institution.

UC San Diego is a major research, health care and biotechnology institution. PUGSOM plans to capitalize their experience and knowledge to accelerate its biomedical research, bioengineering and technology and pharmaceutical infrastructure.

Furthermore, the collaboration between UC San Diego and PUGSOM will include exchange of faculty, students and staff. Faculty members from UC San Diego will travel to PUGSOM as visiting faculty to facilitate collaborative educational and research programs. PUGSOM faculty members may travel to UC San Diego to gain valuable skills and knowledge.
