Want to study in a university beside the sea? Such institution is now being planned by TSR Ocean Park Sdn Bhd, a wholly –owned subsidiary of TSR Capital Bhd and Vision Strike Sdn Bhd, a school business operator of Business and Management International College or BMIC (previously known as Fazley International College).
The two companies have made a memorandum agreement to set up a university college in PD Waterfront, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. In this agreement, both parties will conduct a financial study on the proposed project, identify and agree on the land to be used in PD Waterfront.
For this joint venture, TSR Ocean Park accounts for 30 percent and Vision Strike takes 70 per cent.
According to Vision Strike, the university college's will help promote PD Waterfront as a preferred education destination.
PD Waterfront is a growing commercial zone that houses offices, retail outlets and serviced apartments. BMIC, meanwhile, is based in Semua House, Taman Pertama Cheras. It offers diploma and degree courses in business administration and computer studies.
The memorandum of agreement is good for one year and is subject to extension.
