Appeals are submitted online via http://upu.mohe.gov.my and are opened from 11 August 2015 until 21 August 2015. Results for the second intake were announced in 15 September 2105.
Contact the public universities directly to submit your appeal. Enrollment will depend on availability and other factors depending on the institution.
