SPM and SPMU 2012 now open for registration

The Malaysian Examinations Council has opened registrations for the 2012 SPM and SPMU examinations.

Requirements for SPM:

School-going candidates:

Is currently in form-five

Not less than 16 years old on the 1st of January 2012

Private Candidates:

Has previously sat for the SPM/ SPM(V)/ SPVM/ MCE examinations, or

Sat for the PMR examinations at lest 1 year before date of registration

Not less than 17 years old on 1 January 2012

**Private candidates who are sitting for the SPM examinations for the first time and is registering for Bahasa Melayu ONLY are required to get a written approval from the Director of Examinations

Requirements for SPMU

Has previously sat for the SPM/ SPM(V)/ SPVM/ MCE examinations

Additional Information

School-going candidates can get their forms from their respective schools

Private candidates can obtain the registration form and submit it to the Sektor Penilaian dan Peperiksaan of their nearest JPN (Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri)
