Singapore-based Raffles Education is setting up a university in Johor

- Raffles University Iskandar will offer bachelor's and master's degrees in subjects ranging from design to art and business.
- Classes will be conducted first on a temporary campus about 15 minutes drive away at Plaza Kotaraya, a commercial building, where the campus is being built.
- The university is set to be ready by 2013.
