<p>A circular released by the Ministry of Education yesterday revealed the registration dates for all candidates intending to register for PT3, SPM, SPMU &amp; STAM 2017. Registration will open on <strong>March 1, 2017</strong> and then close on<strong>&nbsp;March 31, 2017</strong>.
