PSC Direct Hires Universities’ Brightest
- The Public Service Commission (PSC) is hiring the best students straight from their respective universities.
- Their aim is to get to the students and offer them jobs before the private sector does.
- The new recruitment method has no race quota.
- Top university students are approached by PSC right after their final exams and offer the top students jobs on the spot.
- The recent search netted 21 graduates, all with first class honours from both local and foreign universities. The graduates will be working at the Works Ministry. Previously, the team offered jobs to 26 graduates early this month.
- To get more talents, PSC will extend interview sessions to include weekends and after office hours.
- Applicants also have the opportunity to choose among 15 positions available instead of the previous five in their application forms.
