MOHE wants to set up a Boutique University for ICT

- The MOHE wants to set up a boutique university for the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
- The plan is to produce qualified professionals in the ICT field
- Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the move would let students be exposed in the practicalities of the industry – especially engineering, science, technology and arts
- The government has already received several proposals from the private sector and industries regarding this plan.
