Malaysian universities rise in rankings on Asian Scale

• Six out of seven Malaysian universities' rankings improved on the QS Asian University Rankings this year.
• Universiti Malaya (UM) and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) rose to the 39th spot and 57th spot respectively. Last year UM was ranked 36th and UPM was ranked 77th.
• Seven Malaysian universities made it to the top 200 Asian universities, however none entered the top ten ranks.
