Good News for SPM Leavers Planning to Study in China

Chinese universities want more Malaysian students

The Association of Graduate Universities and Colleges in China and Malaysia are reaching out to SPM leavers from SMJKs intending to do their Matriculation in China.

The association is working with top universities in China to set up Matriculation classes for Malaysian students to do a semester in spring, starting at the end of February or early March) to prepare SPM leavers to study in these universities or another Chinese university of their choice.

Among the top names involved are Tianjin University (Science and Technology Matriculation Courses), Shandong University (Medicine and Arts), Northwestern Polytechnical University (Science and Technology), South China University of Technology (Science, Technology and Arts) and Southern Medical University (Medicine).

If students plan to do their degrees in Top Chinese universities, they have the chance to enrol in a 1 year to 1.5 years of matriculation classes at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
