Fruits are among the best food for your brain. Fruits like blueberries have antioxidants and essential nutrients. "Blueberries are expensive! Can't I just eat local fruits?" Of course you can!. Try to practice eating a banana , papaya or apples every day, you would feel more energetic and active.

7. Eat less, but frequentpatrick tamak

Actually a huge meal three times a day can make us lethargic. For those who are preparing for examinations, you should try eating frequently but in small portions.
