Earn a public university qualification without having to enrol in Malaysian public universities

Do you know that it is possible to earn a public university qualification even if you did not make it in IPTA?

Programme collaborations are where partners deliver and/or assess a programme (foundation, diploma or degree) that leads to a public university award. That said, students on a franchise programme receive an award from the public university. Under this agreement, the degree programme provided by a partner (in most cases, a private institution) is substantially the same as the one offered by the public university.
