The global accountancy body will be able to advise students on all queries about accountancy including the types of work qualified students can venture into, the various industries which require their expertise as well as the different pathways to become a chartered certified accountant in Malaysia. With lofty aspirations to become a high-income nation by 2020, the demand for qualified accountants is at its peak.
SPM students will find that the fastest route will be through the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Qualification, which can see students completing both the CAT and ACCA qualifications within four years at the age of 21 years old.
