The Xiamen University Malaysia BIC Grant

Xiamen University Malaysia has opened their very own scholarship this year to all students around the nation who are interested, highlighting the bumiputera and Indian student community in particular, with the Xiamen University Bumiputera & Indian Community Grant.

The scholarship offer is for Foundation level programmes (Asasi) and programmes at a Bachelor's Degree level, in 2017. Professor of journalism at Xiamen University, M.Krishnamoorthy said, "Bumiputera and Indian students who obtained 4As and above are eligible to apply for full scholarships. In addition, to students who do not get the results you want can also apply for financial assistance to continue their studies at the university it", he said.

For those interested in applying, the intake for Foundation and Degree programmes is in April this year, whereas, the following intake will be in August and September of this year, for the Foundation and Degree programmes respectively. Courses of study offered at the University of Xiamen is based on the current needs and demands of the industry, including Accounting, Finance, International Business, Journalism, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media Technology, Chemical Engineering and Marine Biotechnology.
