Some good news for students! MARA is opening their online application for their Kolej Profesional Mara (KPM) Session 1/2021 for their January intake. Students can choose to pursue their Diploma with the following programmes:
SPM, STPM, STAM, SKM and certificates holders related to the stated fields are warmly welcome to apply starting from 6th November to 4th December 2020.
1. How do I apply to Kolej Profesional MARA (KPM)?
You can apply via online at this website: http://apponline.mara.gov.my/upimonline.
2. Should I buy a PIN number to make my application on UPIM website?
Nope. A PIN number is not required to apply to KPM and the registration is free.
3. Is there another method to apply other than through UPIM?
Yes, there is. You can also apply through Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) category A for candidates who are working.
4. How do I make an application through APEL?
You can surf their website https://www2.mqa.gov.my/APEL/ for more information and explanation.
5. What are the entry requirements for KPM?

3. January, July and November.
7. What is the Program Intensif Bahasa Inggeris (Intensive English Program (IEP)?
The IEP programme is a short-term programme (2 months) for students who received the minimum 3 KEPUJIAN grades in their SPM but did not receive KEPUJIAN for their English paper.

Students must obtained minimum 3 KEPUJIAN for your SPM including the following subjects:

Must obtain minimum Grade C in order to apply to Diploma EXCEPT for Diploma in English Communication (DEC) programme.

Applications are open online at MARA’s website as well as Unit Pusat Institusi MARA (UPIM). Applications are open for exactly 29 days starting from 6th November to 4th December 2020, 11:59 PM. Applications submitted after the deadline will NOT be acknowledged.
It is expected to be announced on UPIM website latest on 14th December 2020 at 3PM. The results of the application are FINAL and any program or college changes are NOT ALLOWED.
