Wanna be a professional Engineer? Join NST Career Talks tomorrow!

The New Straits Times is hosting a series of career talks for aimed school leavers, pre-u students and their parents about career options. The second in the series of four talks will take place tomorrow on the topic: The path to become a professional engineer.

Each segment of the New Straits Times Career Talks will feature industry and educational experts as speakers. The talk tomorrow will feature Professor Ir Dr Ramesh Singh of Universiti Malaya’s Department of Engineering Design and Manufacture, whose expertise lies in materials and microstructures, and Ir Ashari Mohd Yakub, the Executive Director of the Board of Engineers Malaysia, who is an electrical and electronics engineer. Also speaking is Ir Abdul Azim Abdul Rahman, who specialises in mechanical and automotive engineering and has more than 12 years’ experience in product research, design and development.

The career talks will be held at the Women’s Institute of Management, 7 Jalan Haji Openg, Taman Tun Dr Ismail,60000 Kuala Lumpur, at 9am – 12pm.
