Such an event occurs because of an incomplete application, invalid or not received. To avoid this, please make sure to print a copy of your application form as reference.
The most possible explanation for this is that you had agreed in a specified statement column on the application form to accept offers that are not among your chosen course options.
The outcome depends on availability of the course and it is advisable that you choose a different programme. It is best if you choose not to let go of the opportunity to study in other technical programmes as there is a huge chance for studying and working in the technical scope such as Polytechnic, Community Colleges and Public Vocational Training Institutes (ILKA).
It should be noted that only applicants who did not receive any offers can make an application for appeal and the appeal offer is limited as it is aimed at filling any existing vacancies.
Programmes such as medicine, dentistry and pharmacy have limited availability and have a highly competitive entry. Only applicants with a high merit point will have better chance at enrollment in these courses.
Conversion to other universities is at the discretion of the requested universities and depending on the level of health or illness along with a report submitted by an expert government doctor. You must also submit a letter of application together with the relevant documents including a verification letter for consideration of the application.
