UPU e-Appeal application for IPTA, polytechnic, community college and ILKA is now open

SPM leavers or equivalent who were not offered a place in public universities (IPTAs)/polytechnic (metro & conventional), community college and ILKA are encouraged to make an appeal online from 16 May 2014 to 26 May 2014. Online appeals can be made in the following channels:

• For SPM graduates or equivalent, online appeals can be made at https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/onlinerayuanupu/
• For STPM graduates or equivalent, online appeals can be made at https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/onlinerayuanupu/ from 12 August to 22 August 2014
• For polytechnic premier, online appeals can be made at https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/onlinerayuanupu/ from 16 May to 26 May 2014.
• For politechnic conventional/metro, college community & ILKA, online appeals can be made at https://online.moe.gov.my/upu/onlinerayuanupu/ from 16 May to 26 May 2014
