UM's professional certification programme October intake

All of us, at one point or another, need training and guidance to improve our qualifications, thus improving the quality of the work we produce and increasing our proficiency, regardless of age.

UMCCed certified programmes and professional certificate is an initiative to train and produce highly qualified individuals in particular areas that include Professional Certificate of Automotive Management, Professional Certificate in Business, Professional Certificate in Leadership and Management, Professional Certificate in Marketing, Professional Certificate in Project Management, Professional Certificate in Retail Management, and Professional Certificate in Management.

The new intake will open in October and applicants have the option of executive diploma in the various fields. According to UMCCed, these diplomas are recognised by the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and students might be able to further studies at the bachelor's level in Australia.

Closing date of application is the 30th of September.

UMCCed was established in 1998 as a centre under the University of Malaya Chancellery with the purview of offering training and education programmes at diploma level, executive diploma level, certificates and short courses in various fields. It is the only centre associated with a public university that pioneers in coaching and training services offered specifically to executives, administrative officers, entrepreneurs, trainers as well as professional consultants to improve and increase productivity.

The centre has produced  more than 17,000 graduates of working adults at both the Executive Diploma and Certificate levels in various fields.
